A Casa di Silvio is our Home Restaurant by reservation: a private, refined and convivial kitchen, open to guests of the Relais as well as to external guests, always subject to availability.
Not a traditional restaurant, but a more intimate and personal experience, where cuisine meets the hospitality of a home, the quiet of the Marche countryside and the discreet elegance of a charming relais.
Within Villa Silvio Relais there is also the Laboratorio Agricolo Luce, a small agricultural project dedicated to enhancing the value of the land and its products. This is where our single-variety extra virgin olive oil is produced, made with attention, respect and care, an authentic expression of the territory and of our idea of hospitality.
The oil from Laboratorio Agricolo Luce accompanies the cuisine of the Relais and represents its truest soul: a simple, precious and identitarian product, able to tell the light, the landscape and the character of the Marche hills.
Every dinner is organised only by reservation, following the seasons, the availability of products and the type of experience requested: a romantic dinner, an evening with friends, a small private event or a special moment to be enjoyed in the quiet of the villa.
A Casa di Silvio the table is not just a service. It is part of the experience: an encounter between cuisine, nature, territory and hospitality.
