Around the villa there are about 5 hectares of cultivated land, with fruit trees and around 900 olive trees that shape the landscape. Not a simple ornamental garden, but a living, authentic countryside, deeply rooted in Le Marche: a small estate where nature is not just a backdrop, but becomes part of the experience.
You will be welcomed by Maria Luce and Cristiano, owners and hosts, who imagined Villa Silvio as an elegant yet genuine refuge, far from impersonal hospitality: a home open to guests, where you can feel awaited, advised, accompanied and looked after with discretion.
The suites are independent from the main villa, immersed in the quiet of the park and designed to offer privacy, comfort and freedom. Some of them hold small rituals of private wellness: a sauna, a Finnish bath, a chromotherapy shower, a whirlpool tub. Because luxury, here, is not ostentation, but the chance to truly stop.
The villa, however, does not stay in the background. Some of its interior spaces are designed to be experienced by guests: the private gym, for those who wish to take care of themselves even while travelling; the lounge, with its sofas and its intimate atmosphere, where you can read a book, talk or simply slow down; the main hall, the convivial heart of the house, where the stay can become a private dinner, a home restaurant experience or a quiet moment over a glass of wine.
At Villa Silvio luxury is not measured only by what you own, but by what you can still experience: time, attention, relationships, curiosity, the culture of slowness.
