This notice describes how the website is managed in relation to the processing of the personal data of users who consult it and interact with the web services accessible electronically.

2. Categories of personal data processed

Browsing data: IP addresses, browser type, OS, time of request, requested URLs, server response code and similar technical information acquired by IT systems during normal operation.
Data voluntarily provided by the user: name, surname, email, phone number, booking details, payment data and any special requests, provided via contact, booking or newsletter forms.
Special categories: any health-related data (e.g. food allergies, accessibility needs) voluntarily provided for proper service delivery. Processing is subject to your explicit consent.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Booking management and provision of hospitality services — Legal basis: performance of a contract (Art. 6.1 (b) GDPR); for special data, explicit consent (Art. 9.2 (a) GDPR).
Compliance with legal obligations (incl. communication to Italian Public Security Authorities under Art. 109 TULPS) — Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1 (c) GDPR).
Marketing: subject to your specific consent — Legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1 (a) GDPR), revocable at any time.
Website management, security and statistical analysis — Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1 (f)) and, for certain cookies, consent.

4. Data retention period

Contractual, fiscal and accounting data: 10 years from the end of the relationship.
Public security obligations: only as long as required by law.
Marketing data: until consent is revoked.
Browsing data: no longer than 7 days (save for legal investigation requirements).

5. Recipients

Your data is not disseminated. It may be communicated to: public authorities, IT service providers, online booking systems, payment providers, professional consultants and newsletter providers, acting as Data Processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

6. Rights of the data subject

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), portability (Art. 20), objection (Art. 21) and not to be subject to automated decisions (Art. 22). You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali).
